Processing Time All orders are carefully handpacked and require 3 business days to process before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Method We ship all orders via USPS with tracking included. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your mystery box on its way to you!

Shipping Rates A flat shipping rate of $10.00 applies to all orders within the United States.

Estimated Delivery After processing, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is typically 6–8 business days.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at princessharley06@yahoo.com and we'll make it right!
