Refund policy

At Tangled Treasures, we put a lot of love into every mystery scoop box we pack. Because our boxes are curated mystery items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on the contents of your box — that's part of the fun! However, your satisfaction is our top priority.

Damaged or Defective Items If any item in your box arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at princessharley06@yahoo.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Wrong Item or Missing Box If you received the wrong order or your box never arrived, please reach out to us within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we'll resolve it promptly.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once your order has entered processing, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
